The building offers 494 apartments for (international) students and graduates, 2 spare rooms for guests, as well as 27 offices for the young entrepreneurs and 1,492 square meters subdivide in more compartments. Situated at the “Kop van Zuid” in the city of Rotterdam, Cité is surrounded by many facilities, such as city parks, bars, restaurants, public transportation, a theatre and shops.
